Called this company to help with fire extinquisher tags. Told me they were going out to do them and confirmed with the technician that he would be out the next day. I called to follow up for payment the following day. I get a call back saying we don't pay our bills so the tech never went. I've never worked with this company and now they refuse to do any work based on an assumption even after I offered to pay and provide credit card on file. Hell, I even offered to pay in advance. After years of buying cheap fire extinguishers from Home Depot and Lowes and then the next year having to replace them. I decided to step up purchased fire extinguishers for my small warehouse from this company. That was 4-5 years ago. They are still charged and good. They were more expensive but in the long run cheaper and easier than having to buy new extinguishers every year. Quality lasts.
