We came in last week and sat at the bar. The bartender Chris was wonderful. He was very attentive and curtious. The food was very good and served in a timely manner. We'll be back!
as a chef i was very interested in Fire and Smoke. there menu seemed above par. we order the duck confit nacho and the pork belly from the small plate menu. Both were good. we the ordered the filet mignon with truffle butter and garlic mashed potato also the wild boar meatlaof which came with gravy and mashed potato. to our surprise everything was overly salted. i mentioned to the Server Josh the mashed potatoes were so salty that it over powered everything. as we sat, we saw one kitchen member, who came to offer me more mas... read more

Before commenting that we do not make mashed potatoes from Scratch you should research your facts. As a chef you should know this. When we have to reheat our mashed potatoes we use the steamer so therefore we wrap them in plastic wrap. That's a far cry from boil in a bag. I think with 31 years experience I can handle making mashed potatoes
Wonderful experience the aroma when you walk in the door is just awesome you know your in for a real treat. The staff is awesome as well.
