I went in with chronic low back pain as well as a few other places aching and after sauna for a bit (the fire part ) followed by cryotherapy for 3 minutes in the cold chamber, I felt significantly less pain. It came back some the next day, but that was expected as it's recommended to do the treatment at first for 10x in 2 weeks, then taper off. I'll be going back! Several different pricing packages besides "drop in". It all felt professional and honest.

I just started this cold treatment for face and body. Anna and Max are very professional and know what their talking about. No jewelry needs to be removed and the changing cubicle is locked. And YOU have the key. Very safe, secure. I feel so good , full of energy and I feel healthy!! Five stars!!
