First off, the front desk staff has no idea what they are doing, they rarely answer the phone or return voicemails (even if they are urgent). Prior to COVID, I would wait an extended amount of time for appointments in the lobby every single visit. I have been a client of hers for the past few years and enjoyed the convienece of DUO calls throughout COVID. Unfortunately, within the past year she has dropped the ball which has pushed me away. I am scheduled to have my prescription electronically sent over every month to my local pharmacy, but they never receive it! I call the office and inform them of the mishap, only for them to say that they will communicate with the doctor. If I could give 0 stars I would. My first indicator should have been when the receptionist was rude to me upon scheduling my appointment. I felt like the physician was in a rush to diagnose me and run me out of the office as soon as possible. I wasn't in the office 10 minutes and she had diagnosed me and was telling me what prescription she was going to give me. I’ve been seeing Dr.Firdous for years. Visits with her are very enjoyable an not your normal doctors visit. She actually cares about what’s going on in your life. That’s very clear the next time you see her an she asks follow ups to something you talked about previously.She’s helped me come up with tools beyond just medication to fight addiction. If you need help getting your life back on track I highly recommend checking her office out.
Dr Firdous is wonderful she takes time to listen to one’s problems and understands their perspective with valuable insight and helpfulness.
