I have seen so many endocrinologists over the years and never been happy with my consults due to the male doctors not taking women seriously with their symptoms. DAWN especially was the most rudest and unprofessional person ever. Yelling and screaming over me on the phone. Also, while I was talking she hung up in my face. I got a ride about 25 mins to go my apt and then someone broke the elevator so I couldn’t see the dr. This is office is a circus especially since DAWN the triage nurse. They show no compassion and don’t care about your health. It’s all about money. Find a REAL office with FRIENDLY STAFF that actually know how to how an intelligent conversation. I am very pleased with the service and care I am receiving from Dr. Warda. He provides clear explanations . He even drew a diagram to help me understand what I needed. He is very easy to talk with and comes across as a very caring doctor.
