Within a year the leather started peeling and Aslam Z was extremely resistant and non-communicative to honor the warranty advertised during purchase. After months of back and forth he finally offered a replacement….for a shipping fee of $1,000. I’d recommend buying a couch elsewhere for a more professional experience.
We had a great experience purchasing a couch with Mac. Very knowledgeable and excellent communication. Really nice delivery team as well. Great experience overall.
They brought my custom made couch overseas. It looks great I love it. They are very easy to communicate and good quality products.
Love my new sofa! It’s beautiful, spacious, and super comfortable. With back pushed, it instantly turns into a huge bed, very convenient! Mac, the owner, was also very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!
Great customer service, a lot of selections, and a varied colored options. The owners are completely transparent and offer very reasonable pricing and timelines for the delivery. Very coordinated delivery. We love our furniture and have referred to all friends circle!
