The apartment is very nice and an all Senior community. The Community Manager and the Maintenance Guy are lovely people. The grounds are well cared for and I am extremely grateful for having a safe place to live. There is a waiting period to obtain an apartment but it is well worth the wait.
This place is wonderful, Shannon and Dave are the greatest managers, so helpful and nice, so glad my step daughter found this place for me...love it here!.
I love living here at Bert tree all my neighbors are wonderful people and the manager Shannon I can’t believe how great she is. She Would give you the shirt off her back if she needed to through all that she can still be very professional she’s just great! And Dave, the maintenance man he’s the first maintenance man that’s ever really worked. I mean that guy works my hat off to both of them. They make a great team.
