I have a large silver maple which had a few ends die off, and a few branches dead in the canopy. Fir Sure came out with a large crew, pruned the tree with a large crew in just over an hour with very professional cleanup. I could not be happier. ISA-certified arborists are worth it!!!
The crew came to the door early and politely introduced themselves. To our surprise it only took 40 minutes to take down the tree and clean up. We were very happy with Fir Sure Arbor and will have them back in the Summer to take down a larger tree.
Jeff did an honest assessment of the trees on my property and gave me several options. Once I decided what to do, scheduling was quick and easy. Communication was straightforward and well timed ahead of service. They ended up pruning 3 trees along power lines and removing a fourth diseased tree. The team at Fir Sure kept me posted on every detail prior to arriving and as their work progressed. The guys arrived right on time and were extremely polite - introduced themselves with a smile and a handshake - and were very competent in their work. I will definitely be a regular customer!
I would absolutely recommend Fir Sure to anyone for tree services! They did a great job, showing up precisely when they said they would and performed the work exactly as promised. The yard was clean after completion and price was very reasonable. Jeff was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional.
