The manager told me, he does not like housing, they don't do there job, and i had to go get the paperwork regarding my rent adjustment, right to my face. Right to my face so please beware Part 2 I have lived here since for years and this manager is letting a tenant have water from the 3rd floor drip a hose on my balcony, which has caused green already to build because they can't get a window unit, he is a horrible manager. Nothing has been done

The last 2 years nothing have been done at Fir Park Apartments but rent going up no lawn service no cleaning at all since new manger been here worse I seen this place in the last 2 years filthy trashy......
