This was my first apartment and I’m truly going to miss living here. Quick maintenance and a clean building. They are also doing a lot of improvements as they go
The towers is a good, affordable and safe place to live in Akron. The locality is peaceful, clean and well-maintained. The management is super helpful and is prompt in responding to any problems that need to be fixed. Special thanks to Mike Whaley (Property manager) for his assistance.
Great place to live! Mike, the property manager, is fantastic, super helpful and always goes above and beyond to help out. He really listens to the residents and handles everything with a personal touch. So happy I chose this community, largely thanks to his great management! Highly recommend this place!
If this is your first time renting an apartment then this is a good place to start. I’ve been here a year and I love it. The apartment was up to date, clean, came with Heat & AC, a great view, the workers in the office were very friendly & helpful with any questions. Also the pool is very peaceful during the summer, quite, friendly neighbors.
