9/7/25 The power goes out for two minutes and GHC can’t send someone to get the elevators working again! You have to use stairways that still have lights not fixed. Place is getting worse by the week. GHC corporate office cares only about the money being pulled on behalf of these owners and NOT the Tenants. Everyone contact the city and media. Akron also now has a Right to Counsel program for renters.
So the cameras just for show? They don’t work? My packages come up missing and it’s so flustering. My ac been broke for months now!. There’s something wrong with my tub. I put a request in 7 months ago for both and still nothing…. But they want full rent?. This place is a joke. Laundry rooms are disgusting, washer and dryer’s either always down or really dirty with left over clothes and over filled lent traps. Staying here for almost 2 years. I’ve had a mix experience with this place (nothing about the staff or the apts) more so with the people that live there. The people aren’t the best or nice but some are extremely kind. Mike the property manager helped me out and basically saved my ass when I was struggling. The staff is friendly and genuine. Staff is a 10/10!
8/5: All mailboxes left unsecured at 77. 7/31: Used mattresses and furniture everywhere. Security Doors left propped open. Move-in and out is high rate. 7/14: 77 down to one elevator again for a week. 55 reports issues as well. 7/10: AFD has both elevators down at 77. We have received pics and vid. Nasty stairways only option. AFD report requested. New Cleaning Company is as bad as the old ones. Between the smell of Cat Piss, Trash, or Weed.
