As I was dropping somebody off February 28th 2025 at 1:30 AM I saw a dead body Right outside the front door and had to call 911 because the property is not doing anything about it and they are not letting the community know.
I’ve been renting at Fir Hill for about 4 years now and I can confidently say that although the previous management was not great, the new management (GHC) that took over in 2023 is even worse. PSA if you are considering renting here: please DON’T. Don’t fall for all the glitz and glam such as the “remodelled” units (which by the way have super cheap finishes), or the new foyer that is currently under construction. I would give zero stars if it were possible. I have been dealing with a persistent issue of a strong marijuana odor in my unit since last year. Despite raising multiple complaints and being assured that the issue would be addressed, there has been no significant improvement. The landlord’s response is unhelpful, as they expect tenants to identify the source of the odor themselves, making it clear that you cannot rely on them for meaningful action.
