I am grateful for the management staff here at the Towers who have always provided me with prompt maintenance service. I especially appreciate their help in assisting me with personal concerns while on vacation. Thanks for going above and beyond just to make life easier. I greatly appreciate it.
This place is nice for students. It’s very close to the university and the university bus stops right in front the building. The apartments come with heat and AC. The apartments are well heated in the winter and the AC works well during the summer. Sometimes the washing machines may need repair but they have machines on every floor. The apartment is safe. Place is awesome the management is amazing. Samantha and the other manager is great: They have building maintenance that is top notch. One guy is living here and doing maintenance for 30 years!! Washing machines are hi quality they have units on every floor. I’ve never had an issue washing clothing. Ordered Amazon 20-30 times never had an issue.
I’ve been a resident of THE TOWERS for nearly seven years, and unfortunately, the living experience has declined significantly over the past six months. The most recent issue is the elevator outage—there has been no functioning elevator for the past five days. One elevator has already been under repair for over two months, and the only remaining one broke down last Saturday. I am pretty sure that this apartment is bribing people for good reviews. Living here was awful. Horrible tenants, never enough parking, the renovations are poorly done and trashy, and overall very unsafe. Our car was hit on multiple occasions in the parking lot and the security cameras were never working. We kept our apartment in perfect condition but I still had to threaten legal action to get our security deposit back. We did not get our deposit back in a timely manner according to Ohio law.
