7/14: 77 down to one elevator again. 55 reports issues as well. 7/10: AFD has both elevators down at 77. We have received pics and vid. Nasty stairways only option. AFD report requested. 6/18 & 6/28-7/1: Down to one Elevator again. Elevators fixed after a week at Building 77. New Cleaning Company is as bad as the old ones. Between the smell of Cat Piss, Trash, or Weed. Not sure if industrial air fresheners will solve their problems. Busy May crime month. Awoke 5/21 to a militarized police presence for a domestic call. This apartment is disgusting. The only toilet in the apartment broke and maintenance did not come fix it for two weeks. I literally had to go to the gas station to use the bathroom. There is also no maintenance available on the weekends. My AC unit is currently broken and has been broken for over a month. They have done nothing to resolve this issue so far. They also claim that they are going to patrol the parking lots by giving out parking passes and will tow people who don’t have a parking pass or park illegally. However, ... read more

GHC who made the great choice to turn off both buildings water for 2 hours when it’s going to be 100+ degrees. Everyone contact the city and media. Akron also now has a Right to Counsel program for renters.
