I am a disabled veteran who has "existed " here for over ten years now. This place is a garbage dump with no amenities, not even suited for the disabled as it has no disability friendly ramps or amenities to help make this dump livable. The previous California owners just recently sold this place to some corporate bullies from Vancouver Wa. who immediately raised space rent, and are trying to break their contractual agreement of paying for water, sewer and garbage.
