Beautiful arrangements but poor customer service. I paid $73.45 for a small bouquet of flowers as a gift and was disappointed with how they were wrapped. When I asked for ribbon to be added I was told they usually don’t add ribbon, which was strange since there was ribbon on the wall behind the girl who was helping me. If a customer asks for ribbon to be added it would be nice to have that accommodated. Also, the wrapping was stapled on the sides and it looks quite odd. See the photo.
Very god selection of flowers and bouquet. Little pricey but expected for Oakville downtown.
