When asking for a recommendation for a local florist in Oakville, FIORI was recommended to me as the best. I understand why - the bouquet was beautiful - just as perfect in the picture, if not better - and the customer service was exemplary, going far above and beyond my expectations. FIORI will now be my go-to for all bouquet orders going forward, and the top of my recommendation list too.

FIORI Flowers is one of my go-to florists in Oakville. I always know what to expect and can count on getting exactly what I want. I love the White Beyond the Gloss arrangement for its elegant white flowers against lush greenery, and the Monet Garden when I want a touch of pink. Beautiful arrangements but poor customer service. I paid $73.45 for a small bouquet of flowers as a gift and was disappointed with how they were wrapped. When I asked for ribbon to be added I was told they usually don’t add ribbon, which was strange since there was ribbon on the wall behind the girl who was helping me. If a customer asks for ribbon to be added it would be nice to have that accommodated. Also, the wrapping was stapled on the sides and it looks quite odd. See the photo.
