Been waiting for an appointment for 6 months, I showed up today and they inform me I didn't confirm, I never received a text nor a call. Showed them my chat and call log nothing showed with their number. The lady at the front desk said not to make a scene just because I was letting them know I never received any form of confirmation. If making scene is telling them I didn't have a call or text from them and showing them my text a call log i believe is disturbing and disrespectful to me as a client.
Ive been to several dentists before and it was pure torture and agony especially because I have sensitive teeth, however Dr. Mario and his staff are a whole different breed. They dont torture you instead they have patience they make sure you are comfortable before and during a procedure, unfortunately I can't say that about other dentists I have been to. To top that off best part they do not waste your time if they tell your appointment is at 430 your seen at 430 you don't have to sit around and wait.
Incredible practice. Modern technology and the expertise to use it. Quick and efficient services. Dr. Chris was a lifesaver!
