Great service and food!!! This is probably the best Italian restaurant in the US!
Me and my family love coming to this restaurant because of it's food and service but the restaurant had an off night for our last visit. Unfortunately we ended up with a waiter (from hell) that basically didn't understand the meaning of customer service. The guy was absolutely rude to the point where he screwed up our order, made faces every time we asked a question, and to top things off, he screwed up our bill by charging us more than double the amount. From the moment you enter Fiorella's you are met by welcoming staff, fantastic service and drinks as well as the BEST sauce/ gravy other than your grandma's. can't wait to dine again... South Florida to Newton.
Absolutely loved eating there. Had Shrimp Scampi and it was delicious.
Love the food at Fiorella's. Our family ate there on Mother's Day. Although they don't usually take reservations, they did for this occasion. We were warmly greated as we usually are and we're seated immediately. The staff is always attentive and friendly. Three of our party ordered the short ribs and they all loved it. The food was excellent, atmosphere fun and the waitstaff very attentive! It was a holiday which typically ends up disappointing but definitely NOT in this case! Knocked my socks off!!
