Ok, the croutons in Cesar salad were stale and without enough dressing. They overcharged because of the anchovies to $32. The drinks were water down and poorly make for $13 each. The pizza was tasteless and not cooked well, soft and doughy. The poor waiter heard our complaint but it's the management. At the end, they even added the gratuity and it was only 5 people in our party. Bad experience overall!
RecommendedFantastic visit to Fiorella today for a special anniversary lunch. Everyone we interacted with from manager to wait staff were super friendly, wonderfully accommodating, and very welcoming to us. The food was amazing and they even pre-packaged half of mine so that I could take it home. Given the difficulties in running a restaurant during COVID I was so impressed with this place. I will definitely be going back.

We arrived and had to wait 45 minutes after being told 20 minutes to sit down. The manager was incredibly RUDE and kicked us out the restaurant for asking when will our table be ready. He’s extremely rude, this is not customer service etiquette at all and the woman, ME IS PREGNANT. Will not come here again and support this business
