Had an incredible dinner at Fiorella tonight, and I have to give a special shoutout to Bob and Dalia for making the experience truly memorable. From the moment we arrived, their warmth and attentiveness set the tone for the whole evening. They were knowledgeable, personable, humorous, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. It’s rare to find service this genuine and exceptional.

Come here for a simple Italian menu with an open kitchen. This restaurant doesn’t open too late so if you decide to come, make sure you come a little early. We arrived and only the bar/kitchen counter was available which worked out for us. We always wanted to try this place and were also wanting Italian so this place seemed fit. For the life of me I cannot remember the name of this dish. I felt like I was having dinner with friends, Bob was so funny and Dalia was very nice. The food was sooooo good, small place, small menu but oh so delicious!!! I truly recommend!

The worst service ever manger bob was very rude and unprofessional service blew me off when I told him I was ready for ice cream and brought out the wrong food big mistake because I was allergic to what’s in it I could of got sick and he had the I don’t care attitude about everything customer service is not important to this restaurant worst service ever and he is a manager he need to be written up for his actions

Stopped by Fiorella Pasta at the Durango Casino food court and left pretty disappointed. Paid $26 for a pasta dish that was maybe worth $12 at best. The food was just okay—nothing memorable, nothing that justified the price. Service wasn’t great either, especially for a food court setting where expectations are already fairly basic. Overall, it felt overpriced and underwhelming. Plenty of better options in the area for the money.
