Very unprofessional. They called asked if I minded if they switched my nail tech and asked if I could get there earlier. I was there half an hour early and was made to wait way after my scheduled appointment. Nails look awful they are uneven and not even filed . Pedicure was an absolute disaster. Now I have to find another place and pay to fix this horrible manicure .
