Great experience I have been a patient for over seven years. The service provided by Darlene Shamp Meister was phenomenal. I had numerous questions about skin care products. Darlene was able to answer all of them in a professional manner yet in layman terms. She also recommended several procedures to clear up my skin issues. I purchased several skin care products from Darlene as well. ( great results) The entire staff was professional and courteous. I will be following up with Reema for the advised procedures.

A bad experience A family member had a glycolic peel done by Darlene Shamp from this office and her face looked like it had 3rd degree burns. It took well over two weeks to heal. Darlene applied the peel, left the room and when she came back (3 minutes later) was very concerned that the peel had "over penetrated" I asked why she couldn't stay in the room during the procedure and she really couldn't answer me. Excellent bedside personality Dr. Fiore is the best dermatologist I've ever seen. She has a great personality and cares about each patient she sees. She takes the time to explain anything you have questions about and shares new ideas from conferences that she has attended. I've had over 50 biopsies and there is very minimal scarring.
