I’ve been to the store a few times, and have personally met Vanessa twice. She is a wonderful person! She gave me a lot of new perspective on designing as she spent sometime chatting with me. She had also given me some learning opportunities via an email communication prior to that. How approachable and truly classy! Vanessa Helmick and Fiore Home is my go to place when I need furniture. When I need a question answered, Vanessa is quick to respond. She has gone out of her way multiple times to help alleviate issues caused by furniture delivery services. It is this service that keeps me coming back, because I know I will be taken care of. 10/10 for customer service which is everything these days.
I worked with Fiore Home during a time when everything turned remote and the world stopped to breathe. I was fortunate to work with Vanessa and her team remotely to plan the layout of my new kitchen. She received the specs from my architect and created a thoughtful, functional, and family-minded space for us. Every detail was considered from outlets, lighting, appliance measurements, and more.
