Ordered online and what was received was not even closed to what I ordered for Valentines! They made the bouquet of Roses look super beautiful in their social media and online, but instead what was delivered was roses as if they were picked up at walmart or giant on a plastic wrap and no decoration at all… Instead of something that I expected to surprise my valentine’s, I’m pretty sure it disgusted her… I requested a refund and no response yet, Never trust these people.
Fast, polite, and beautiful arrangements! This little hole in the wall is where to grab your flowers if you’re ever in a hurry - they always fill same day for me. Happy with the service.
Very good customer service, quality fresh flowers and quick delivery service. No complaints from anyone I refer to and will continue to refer others for floral arrangements!
