I have owned my Audi for a year now . I bought it and was very happy with the service I received. Yesterday I took my vehicle in for a State Inspection, oil change and yearly service of spark plugs and fluid checks. When i picked it up a few hours later, they told me it was 988.00. My car needed nothing. I questioned the amount and recalculated down to 588.00. I am sorry but I will never go back to them again for basic service. I am so disappointed. The service department is fantastic. Everyone that I have met there is very friendly and courteous. Kevin Rickabaugh was extremely helpful and kept me updated while I was waiting for my truck to be serviced and inspected. I'm glad I made Fiore Toyota my choice to do business with.
