We have been patrons for several years and have observed a decline in service quality. Upon arrival, we experienced a considerable wait at the entrance despite the establishment not being busy. The entrance door produced an audible sound, and the bar was situated to the right. Two staff members were present but offered no acknowledgment until we actively sought their attention This has been more than once ocurance. Good food, good service
I came to this restaurant because it had great reviews and it was next to my hotel. So happy I did. Their famous fish and chips were delicious and my margarita was tasty as well. The staff was very friendly and the atmosphere was welcoming. I loved it so much that I came back the second night. Highly recommend. A+
A spot you must absolutely avoid. If you must visit, and have absolutely no other choice, make sure to come 1-2 hours before you're hungry. Came here hoping to enjoy the Canada vs Morocco game, and ended up waiting over 1.5 hours for them to only serve me half my order. During my visit the staff didnt check on us at all, and we had to find staff to request our bill. Of course when it arrived, it included undelivered items.
