Like so many things on the FSH website, it is very difficult to find out when the FSHPEC is actually open. Despite what Google says, it appears that the PEC is closed during lunch (12pm - 1pm as far as I can work out, but that may be wrong). There is very limited car parking near the PEC with only a few 10 minute bays which are usually full with cars going elsewhere, like the Transit Lounge.
