I had an excellent experience with the Burns Outpatients team at Fiona Stanley Hospital. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, from the lovely reception team to the dedicated nurses, doctors, OT, and physio staff. Everyone took the time to clearly and thoroughly explain my progress, which made me feel informed and reassured. Can not speak to the department that you have and appointment with so you are telling them you need to cancel your appointment too late. On the phone for over half an hour.
