I went into FS to be induced last year, everything went well at the beginning. They started off with the ribbon to get things started then the next day I was given the drip to make labour start. Everything went downhill when I got the epidural, my babies heart rate dropped dramatically and I was rushed off for an emergency c section. Gave birth last year with my second baby . I was originally scheduled in SJOG midland, but since i had early labor they asked me to go instead in Fiona stanley. I gave birth 3 weeks ago via c-section and had my experience as a first time mum completely ruined. The surgeons that did my c-section were angels and the process was so well explained and seamless. It’s the after care, the rude midwives and lack of genuine care that had me holding my newborn baby and crying on the bed. It started in the maternity ward after recovery. The midwives Misi, V, Kyla, and Belle and all other team members who took care of me and my baby were amazing. Misi was very patient, informative and composed that I didn’t feel worried at all, and she helped me deliver my baby with patience, respect and care, V and Belle took care of me and baby after the delivery, the did their job above and beyond what was expected.
