I have tried contacting this shop several times, but they never answer either the cell phone or the landline. I think they should pay more attention to incoming calls, as this affects customer trust and service quality.
Had a sudden scary sounding issue with our car and dropped in on a Saturday afternoon. They were super friendly, checked out the car quickly, and able to assure us we were safe to drive home.
