Just my luck, we would come home from clearing out my previous home, and a storage unit, to find we had 0 heat. My first call was to my home warranty, who sent over one of the "bigger companies", to look at it. My mother (70) was at my residence as I had to work. The tech from the other guy instantly starting complaining, making rude comments about the fact I had a "Nest" thermostat, and formed an opinion and attitude for the duration of his visit.
