Both the office and Adam who serviced my air conditioner/furnace was above expectations. They set me up with an appointment very quickly and professionally repaired my problem at a very low cost to me. Definitely 5 star.

They’ve replaced my furnace, AC unit and water heater. I’ve become a repeat customer due to their fast & friendly service. A+

Have used them a couple times now. They're fast to respond but unfortunately seems like they've turned into scam artists. Was quoted one number and then after the service it was $50 higher because "that was just the amount to knock on the door". The "service" was tightening a few screws for $50 apparently on top of the call to come out. Pretty unreal.

FINZEL'S HEATING AND COOLING IS PERMANENTLY CLOSED AS OF MARCH 2026. The current phone number forwards to a completely unrelated company out of Redford MI. DO NOT CALL THIS NUMBER FOR SERVICE. Former employees of Finzel's have started a new company: S. Finzel Mechanical Find them for the same quality service Finzel's had for years
