If I could give Finzel's and the guys 10 stars, I would! These guys are so professional! Service manager Nels, Jayson W., Blake M., and Alex G. were awesome! Were on time, courtesy, professional. Just in awe at their amazing job that I'm almost speechless! Knowing who was showing up with pictures once dispatched, their names, and the time frame til they arrived! Nels was very patient. He answered all my questions and trust me, I had tons of questions! He explained everything to me in terms I could understand! He was polite and honest! I was given fair price quotes. Nels was respectful of my home and I'm very satisfied with his work.
Eric came out to fix up my furniture, Got my heat back on after a couple days without it, he replaced a new thermostat for me since mine was out of date and broken, He went out of his way, and did an amazing service. Very friendly and talkative. He explained everything to me. He even cleaned up his mess before he left. 10/10 would recommend him. Definitely would call him back for another services.
