Gentle Dental is the best dentist office I have ever been to. From the moment you walk in the door you feel warmly welcomed by the front staff, and they are very helpful. I did not wait but 5 minutes to get called back and the hygienist was very thorough. I have seen both doctors and they are both very kind, professional, and explained my needs and costs. I would recommend this office to anyone!! Now my whole family goes to Gentle Dental.
My experience with this Dental office has ended today. The office staff from the bottom to the top do not care, they are incompetent and rude and immature. It took weeks and weeks for them to call me once they had the insurance approval.. Papers lost on someones desk, Causing a delay in treatment and loss of annual insurance benefit. Billed me incorrectly due to incorrect insurance information inputed in to system. They called me for payment I did not know I owed. I asked to get a detailed bill, it took weeks and weeks. I should have sued these people. Told me i needed gum surgery which i did not, according to several other dentists. Over charged for cleaning and xrays then said they couldn't do the cleaning i needed to see a specialist. Still charged me almost 300 for xrays and did nothing. This place sucks!
