Finstad Painting did a wonderful job on our Pequot Lakes cabin and garage. Great communication. The crew was polite and friendly. They made sure to cover all areas while painting, no mess left behind. A++ rating. Will use them again.
Chris and his two sons did an incredible job painting our commercial building. From the moment we called him, the communication was consistent and honest. He always answered his phone, would text back in a timely manner, and came on time and when he said he would be there. He truly cares about the quality of his work, and was flexible and understanding with certain issues our old building had. I couldn't be happier. They were able to squeeze my project into their busy schedule and got everything done in only (2) days. Their skill, promptness and customer communication is really exceptional. Five stars just isn't enough.
We made a written contract in April, 2022 with Finstad Painting to re-stain our 12-year-old, 1200 sf cedar lake cabin. Our agreement was clearly documented in the contract and follow-up emails. However, when Chris arrived in July to start work, he started arguing with me about what it covered. He claimed it covered only the siding, not the soffits or trim (which was not true). Our house and garage external paint job was a tall order and it turned out beautifully! The Finstad’s came by right away to assess the project and give a very reasonable quote. They really made an effort to get us in before the end of the season, which we greatly appreciated. And wow, these guys pay attention to detail and do an outstanding job.
