A tree fell and one of the limbs broke the concrete lid to our Pump Tank of our septic system. When the lid fell down inside it broke the pipe the pump was hooked to which pumped the liquid out into our sand mound sending the pump down into the sludge, leaving our septic system inoperable. I called Fins right after I got off the phone with out homeowners insurance agent and Fins had someone there the next morning to assess the damage and give a quote for repairs. Great staff very knowledgeable, helped me understand my new septic system
We just get a basic service from them every two years but they are on time and do their job well and don't try to talk us into services we don't need.
If you are going to charge a certain amount to "enter a confined space," you need to tell customer up front at the same time you tell them the "service call" charge. You knew your technician would have to enter the tank to find the leak. I am very unhappy with the way you conduct business and will definitely be going elsewhere in the future.
