Finotex unacceptable behavior – Finotex sold my custom designed ribbon on the open market without my knowledge or consent. Finotex is not to be trusted to manufacture custom ribbon, their behavior is completely unacceptable. When confronted with their behavior they asked if I had a signed exclusive agreement for my custom design. I'm horrified.
