About this business

Finn's Irish Pub in historic downtown Ellsworth serves traditional Irish fare updated with gastro-pub flair. The hidden gem inside this Main Street standby is a 1932 Jerry O'Mahoney Dining Car, complete with original marble bar top and mahogany wood work. With 21 tap handles featuring a fine selection of domestic and imported craft beers, Irish music playing over the sound system, and the aroma of Steak & Mushroom Pie and Wexford Fish Cakes wafting from the kitchen, Finn's provides rich rewards for all the senses.

We are staying in Ogunquit and live in Georgia . We came to the area for the day and enjoyed our dinner very much at Finns ! I had the fish and chips and my boy friend had the blackened salmon ! We will definitely eat here again if we are ever up this way !

Food was great, but options (especially for sides) are limited. Our server was a bit impersonal too. But after looking around and seeing others at work, we just happened to have a server... served cold. Their wings however are AMAZING, and am inclined to say they're better than Geaghan's reserved... I can't wait to go back for more.

No....just no... The service was excruciatingly slow. The waitress kept cutting us off even though we were ready to order since she first stopped to our table, and the are we were in wasn't very sanitary.

We've eaten at Finn's several times. Nothing has ever been horrible food-wise. I've had the Scotch egg which was good. I've had a burger, also good. Fish cakes are ok. My mom likes to get desert, some kind of Italian wedding cake, I think...I love the decor. We only got irritated with a server once.

Went to Finn's on St Patrick's day. Wife had the rueben nachos and I had a rueben pasties. Food was fantastic and the rotating beer on tap cannot be beat in this area.
