I wasn't too impressed with their level of service. It wasn't terrible but I think that I probably could've gotten better service somewhere else. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer.

Did this provider show attention to detail? Absolutely! They are always very careful and meticulous Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Definitely! They would never turn away anyone in need Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible

Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Definitely! Everyone knows they are the best around! Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me. Did this provider answer all of your questions? Yes

Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? No, I was always attended to Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in Does this provider treat their staff well? Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed!

Are you going to visit this provider again? Not if my life depended on it Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? No, I don't think they appreciate my loyalty Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Sometimes, they should allow for more time in between appointments Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? No, it took a while
