The customer service from the receptionist at this company is unprofessional and poor. Tried reaching out to get in contact with someone and was hung up on. I don’t understand how this company has business when it starts with reception. This is in no disregard to the company, I’m sure you are all great but that receptionist, just terrible. Picking up the phone is your literal job.
Was told that just to have them come out and look at the fridge
Our walk-in cooler broke down, made the phone call to Finney. They came out was able to fix it that day and I was back in business. Great establishment.
