My heater stopped working in the middle of the night on a -1 degree day. It was 47 degrees in my house at 5 in the morning. I called Finney then 3 other heat/air businesses around 630 am and left messages. I was afraid I would be without heat all day or more than 1 day. Finney returned my call at 650 am. He was here and gone and had it fixed about the same time I heard back from 2 other businesses. He was smart, personable and brought a part that I might need based on our phone conversation. Got new furnace and new duct work. Very happy with quality of the work although there were some delays. Chet saved the day.
Terrible service. Been waiting 3 months for them to simply put in insulation around duct work and fix my mini split. I am angry. They have been a no show 3 times. I would never recommend this company
No follow-up. Had to call multiple times after initial call. No communication. I ended up asking them to cancel my service call. Reported issue on Dec. 23rd and still didn't have heating on Jan. 7th.
