After several years of taking my 2014 Chevy, just noticed they’ve stripped my drain plug and never informed me but only added teflon to avoid leaks. Also never communicated with me when I needed my motor mounts to see what the price was going to be ($2000) but to find out the person that helped me got fired until I finally called myself and being without a vehicle for 1 week, can’t trust dealerships especially Finnegan. 😡 😡

Best vehicle purchase experience I've ever had. I was out of town so unable to visit the dealer but wanted to work a deal on a vehicle. Rene worked with me throughout the week to secure an amazing price on their vehicle and my trade. The following Saturday I arrived at the dealer at 1pm, test drove the new pick up, and completed the entire transaction in about an hour. No haggling, no waiting for hours. We purchased a vehicle there about a year and a half ago a 2024 Chevrolet trax. About 2 months after purchase the check engine light came on & it was saying engine power reduced. We took the vehicle back they said it was the turbo. We were told by Timothy Noker that alot of those vehicles have recalls but Gm won’t classify it as a recall.
