Always easy and able to get serviced in a timely manner
They are horrible! Service department don’t know nothing, they do a lot of guessing. My work truck went there and they had it for a week and was guessing what wrong with it. They said it was my gas tank then said my commercial bed must have a short. I came to pick it up and the advisor told me the other dealership wasn’t going to fix it. I took it to classic on 90 and they figured it out in 2 days! It was the BCM! They need to fire the entire staff! The staff was so helpful on setting up my appointment, who my technician would be as well as how long it would take. They called an uber for me so I could relax at home while my car was being tended to an ensured to inform me immediately of any changes regarding my car. Thank you so much guys! And Niles is the go to who even added a little comic relief to the experience.
We purchased a vehicle there about a year and a half ago a 2024 Chevrolet trax. About 2 months after purchase the check engine light came on & it was saying engine power reduced. We took the vehicle back they said it was the turbo. We were told by Timothy Noker that alot of those vehicles have recalls but Gm won’t classify it as a recall. I spent 3000.00 to get my car fixed they had my car for 2 months and my car is still not fixed please do not take your car there or buy a car from them they are not a good car dealership share with everyone they are not a good dealership they say this and that and still nothing will get fixed when in and came out what the same problems
