I went to this doctor several years ago. At first, he seemed friendly and helpful, but then became a rude, unprofessional know-it-all. Catty office staff, too.
10/10 would never recommend. Manager knows NOTHING about optical, or much of anything. She degrades her employees and former employees in front of anyone and everyone. So unprofessional.
Dr. Finnegan is fantastic, knows what he is doing confidently and doesn’t miss a beat. Very knowledgeable doctor. Highly respected and recommended.
Dr. Finnegan and his staff go above and beyond. Amazing technology, great frame selection, comfortable atmosphere. I got help understanding my insurance benefits and was given great advice on how to get quality lenses based on my budget.
Dr Finnegan and his office staff are incredible. I couldn’t ask for a better Optometrist! There are tons of frame selections and the opticians educate you on what’s best for you. The one on one care is out of this world. Thank you!
Warning! This center charges patients especially college students out of pocket for services provided without telling them these services are not covered by insurance . After the services they tell the patient that they must pay out of pocket that day. They do not follow practice fair practices and they take advantage of their patients for profit.
I have been to numerous eye doctors within the last decade. I stumbled upon this office one day and it was the best thing to ever happen to me. I have never had a doctor who cared so much about my all around health let alone my eyes. He was extremely pleasant and very educational. The opticians were absolutely amazing. They helped me find the perfect frame for my face and I receive compliments daily. YOU BET I will refer anyone and everyone to this doctor.
Been going to Dr. Finnegan for years. He has always been very helpful and took his time to answer all my questions. I see him for my glasses and the medical issues I have with my eyes. His staff is wonderful and always helpful. They are honest when it comes to picking out glasses and what you to be able to see the best that you can. The staff does not try to sell you things but rather give you all the options and recommendations for you to decide. I have never had a bad experience here
Please do not waste your time or money visiting this facility. The Optometrist is extremely unprofessional and rude. He does not care if you are having difficultly with the prescribed glasses, but instead will belittle you and make you feel like it's your fault that your vision isn't correct in the prescribed glasses. At one visit I was told to deal with the glasses for two weeks even though I was having awful headaches! Please, please pass the message along-do NOT visit this establishment.
