I purchased my 2014 Ram 1500 last June. I should have known when they damaged my hood during the make ready process that my experience with this dealership was going to be bad. Several months after my purchase, the airbag system began to malfunction and the dealership made light of that. It took several calls and visits with the sales management team to get that fixed. Im gonna have to find a new dealership to service my car because this one doesnt even acknowledge you when you druve uo to get your vehicle serviced. 15 min i waited and finally had to get off so i could get service. VERY BAD SERVICE

Bought a truck and found out it had a couple of problems. They have the absolute worst customer service and my truck still has issues. No matter if you call or show up, neither the salesman nor the manager tried to fix a truck they sold me. Don't go there!
Selling Cars is one thing, but there's no room for Not being Professional in which they Are Not! They keep insane employees to work there, don't get me started

Recently purchased a dang near $60,000 Dodge 2500 and we have had nothing but heartache from this place. All over a wrong floor mat in the back floor. Been promised for two weeks it would be mailed....This is after they had us drive up there to pick it up (over 100 miles) and didn't even have it!!! So yeah we're still waiting on snail mail!!! Could have been some pleased customers if they had just done their jobs and kept their word.....live and learn!
I took my truck in because the heater was blowing cold air and was told the heater core needed to be replace at a cost of $1400.00 plus. The service guy said they could blow the heater core out for $450.00 but wanted to replace the core instead. Sure glad I took my truck somewhere else. They flush out the heater core for under $100.00 but that wasn't the problem. The problem was the thermostat and they change it and the total cost for the heater core flush and thermostat was only $149.00. That's a hell of a lot different fro... read more
