Bad service . For electric cars avoid . Long waiting time no loaners .
Attitude was horrible. The sales person never once made eye contact with us and stared either at his phone or computer when we were discussing numbers. He was acting like he was forced to help us out, no smile and no conversation was made. As we were walking out he went to go tell his buddy and went to the window and starred at us and laughed as we were in the car. Never going back!
I would have given a one star if it wasn't for the good salesperson, Jacob - the person in the finance department we dealt with was a nightmare. He was incompetent, trying to mix the concept of APR and the actual cost of financing. The person was trying to convince me to take a loan after I explicitly told him that I did not want to proceed with a loan (I believed it was an 8+% APR interest) and told me that if I took it for three months, then paid it off, then I would be only paying less than 2%.
