shady billing practices. charged me $75 for a prior authorization for my birth control (which i've never heard of a dr doing), and then refused to bill my colposcopy properly so it would be covered by insurance. my options were to pay the balance that my insurance confirmed they would cover if billed properly, or have my balance waived and be banned from their practice. my account on their portal was immediately shut down and i can't even access my past test results or office visit summaries. really frustrating experience th... read more
It can be difficult to find a gyno that you trust and are comfortable with. I am so grateful I found this practice. I have been seeing Mary Tindle for a few years. She has made me very comfortable each visit, eased any worry I have had, and has patiently and compassionately listened to problems I was experiencing. I highly recommend this practice if you are looking for a new gyno.
Very hard to reach them. I was trying to reschedule the appointment and the bot canceled it instead. There is no way to reach them. I’ve tried calling them. They also don’t have me set up on the Athena portal, so there’s zero way to contact.
