Absolutely not. I confirmed my appointment and they CALLED me when I was on my way to tell me that they cancelled it for me because I didn’t send my insurance in. What if I was paying cash? Very odd behavior. I asked if I can have my appointment back they said they gave it away. Unbelievable and disgusting unprofessional behavior.
I had to cancel my appointment that was in the afternoon as I woke up and felt like I had a bad virus as I couldn’t talk and had a fever. I tried to call them and the automated voicemail kept re-direct me to an automated texting system. It didn’t have rescheduled option. So I answered yes to cancel appointment. Then I kept receiving texts and emails about how I missed my appointment and they charged me a fee for no show. Can’t say enough nice things, highly recommend
Cannot say enough good things about the team here. They are so compassionate and make me feel at ease! IUD-related procedures were always scary for me until I came to Dr. Gregory and her team. They make everything go so smoothly!!!
