Ran into some truck issues on a road trip, got towed here and Chris in service absolutely saved our day. He went above and beyond to make sure we were back on the road in record time. If I lived in the area this would be my go to service department, from my first impression, I would highly recommend them.
Had the car for over a month. Charged over $4,000. The car is still broken. What a rip off.
Terrible service center. Told me a price before service. Price was 3x the quote. They had no idea how to grease my front driveshaft. Got home and found all my clamps for the air intake were loose. Would not recommend them at all.
What started off to be a rocky experience turned out to be a wholesome moment. I arrived 20 minutes early and through whatever reason the workers did not get my keys until 20 mins after my appointment. 2 hours later I had become extremely upset at the overall experience and wait. Two stars for the dealership cause they are nice people. I truly can not give enough negative stars for the Ram brand. When I spent my VA disability on a Ram 1500 I truly thought it would be a great investment and last like it should.. Boy... was I wrong. The dreaded Hemi tick and having to spend 5 grand on getting the engine worked on before it even reached 100,000 miles... and it having issues again 15000 miles later.
