Two stars for the dealership cause they are nice people. I truly can not give enough negative stars for the Ram brand. When I spent my VA disability on a Ram 1500 I truly thought it would be a great investment and last like it should.. Boy... was I wrong. The dreaded Hemi tick and having to spend 5 grand on getting the engine worked on before it even reached 100,000 miles... and it having issues again 15000 miles later. They had my van for 3 months! I was trapped in the desert camping with no vehicle 3 months. Terrible communication on every call! Hybrid battery issue. After a painful 3 months and terrible communication with STAR service from Chrysler on rental car we never got a rental ! My handicap wife and 7 year old granddaughter were literally stranded in the desert camping in a tent in the heat! Turns out it just needed a new 12 volt battery not a new hybrid battery! Just go to another town. To get any autoparts or anything. I called for a simple part and these people were completely lost, and loud. I thought I called the cartoon network or something. There must be too much insecticides floating in the air around this town. Just go elswhere.

I can’t thank Kim and Ricky enough for their fast and amazing service. We were in a total jam and time crunch with an RV issue. They took care of the problem efficiently and effectively, squeezing us in at the end of the day. They also went out of there to make us comfortable in an air conditioned waiting room while we waited for them to fix the part. Thanks a million! I highly recommend Finn Auto Group in Blythe, CA!
