We had some major transmission problems and they were very helpful.
I want to add my praise to Finn Chev. I'm camping in Quartzsite, when my chevy truck decided I needed some excitement. It died while doing an update, was locked in park. I saw Finn Chevrolet and read the reviews. Amazing service. Matthew in the service dept, kept in touch with me the whole time. Personality plus. Also, a shout out to the tech Lucas, amazing also. They did everything needed to get me up and running again. I am so thankful to them both. If you need service go there, you will not be disappointed.
We were driving from Texas to California. We had some issues with the vehicle. A nice mechanic recommended we go to Finn Chevrolet. Matthew, in the Service Dept, was exceptionally helpful. He managed to squeeze in the diagnostic test in a fully scheduled day. We had to wait overnight for parts. Matthew provided us with transportation to the hotel, and then back the next day.
