Brittnee cut my son’s hair today, and the result was very disappointing. The cut was uneven, with choppy spots and longer pieces sticking out. When my son politely pointed out the areas that needed fixing, she refused, saying she didn’t have time, and then walked away toward the front desk to check him out.
