We have rented at least one unit here for the last 8 years or so, we were there when the current owner took over. When Travis took over ownership, the grounds were cleaned up, and the fence and gates were improved. Travis, the current owner, is a very friendly, pleasant person who actually knows most of his clientele by name, or face. He will bend over backwards to help anyone, and during the difficult times when the new gates were being installed, he was available 24/7 to assist any way he could.
