Needed a haircut before a job interview. Went on their website and scheduled a haircut for 10am. Of course they make you enter your credit card before hand and have a strict no-show policy.. fair enough. I show up for my haircut at 9:50 and no one is there. Turns out at 9:40, they unilaterally changed my time to 3pm. I wonder what the no-show policy is for their own employees?
Worst haircut experience I’ve had in ages. Slow as molasses, place is dirty (has anyone cleaned the mirrors this quarter?) and will have to go get fixed up somewhere else. First google review I’ve ever left. Would not recommend.
Good shop. Easy to book on website. Competitive price. Stephen is a master technician.
Wouldn’t recommend this place under any circumstances. In terms of “value”, this is as bad as it gets. I never leave reviews but felt compelled to if it meant saving someone else the trouble. I’d like to preface this review by mentioning that I have extremely low standards for service. I require a very simple haircut and I’m not needy in the slightest.
