I had such a great experience working with Becca VanDuyne at Finley Place Apartments ! She was extremely kind, patient, professional, and very helpful throughout the entire process. Miss Becca is a great manager. Applying for this property is in the works. I truly appreciate honesty and good service. I met the Maintenance manager too, I believe it is Melvin..super sweet and watched him stay busy. The apartments have plenty of space and clean!
I have searched for a good place to land and have some peace in life. Rebecca has been nothing short of friendly and very fun to work with. I enjoyed my interaction and will be applying for my new place. I got to meet the maintenance man, and he seems friendly and proud to be there. Something that doesn't happen often in today's world. Both were helpful and Im excited to embark on a new journey here.
This rating is based on our new office Manager Mrs, Becca V as of this year 2026..before now this property suffered due to lack of proper management once the original owners sold in 2019. I still miss Mr Jim always! This has become a true community where we are seen and heard as residents a real home to be proud to be a resident, plus the innovative ideas being implemented daily! I wouldn't move if we had a elevator being physically challenged, I would not be surprised if Becca V made it happen!!🙌 👍
I been here I think for 5 years and to be honest I love my apartment the neighbors they okay it quite at night and everyday the maintenance team come when you have a problem with something in your apartment quick they respectful and I just love living over here at Finley place
