The best
Healthcare isn't fun for anyone, but Dubuque is very lucky to have the team working at Finley. The nurses, techs, receptionists and doctors are all great and knowledgeable people that make a big difference in the community. I've lived in a big city where access to healthcare is packed and a small town where access is non existent, it is so nice to be able to get in and be seen here at home.
Came up to Finley cuz I having issues? They took care of me promptly. Big shout out to the the Finley, nurses and doctors in the ER you all do an amazing job!
Called Finley general medicine I was on. Hold for you over 25 minutes very poorly customer service unacceptable !!!!
Came into the emergency room for what I had thought was a minor illness, turned out to be a little more extreme, but had a lot of pain. The staff here are so kind, compassionate, and attentive. I felt as if I had genuinely mattered. This hospital will be the only hospital I will go to if seeking emergency assistance. A special thanks to Michael for making me laugh when I felt I couldn't, and Dr. Sullivan for going out of their ways to make me feel more comfortable and relaxed during the process.
