1 year of getting the runaround , paid for flooring , their partial install was horrible . Our only choice was to get the same floor or upgrade ( the owner suggested ,although his sales people recommended ) and he wouldn’t give us a refund due to it not being manufacturer defect. So we paid him for the upgrade again got the runaround. Rachel (store manager) said the floor was scheduled to arrive on July 2022, no contact, no show. August 2022 no contact, no show two separate dates. October 2022 no contact, no show. HORRIBLE PEOPLE TO DO BUSINESS WITH. BUYER BEWARE. TOOK US FOR $8700 WITH A SMILE. THEY LIED TO US ALL THE WAY TO BANKRUPTCY COURT.
