i bought a nice ford escape. had cha cha as a sales representative and she did a great job working out the best deal at a rather good price.
Cannot recommend!!!! Waiting for response couple days ! No calls no message! Calling every day! Manager only promise call back! Interesting about purchase a vehicle and calling every day!!! Every time hear only voice mail I live 2 hours away and tired drive every time total 4 hours! Literally no communication with costumers!
Service department was great! Called early morning for unknown issue with my Acadia. They got me right in, shuttled me to work, called in the afternoon saying I was ready to go. (Thermostat had gone out.) Very pleased with the whole experience.
