Just felt like supporting this business. Planning to start a fire apparatus repair company in the next year somewhere in Virgina or NC, and so I want to mimic this level of feedback and customer service with my own company. Robert was excellent! I have a mechanical background and was working on a fuel/generator issue on my RV. Robert helped me diagnose and fix my problem over the phone and with pics. He always responded immediately and picked up the phone every time to help me. Thanks Robert!
We limped our vehicle into Finlay Fire just after closing. Owner stuck around late, jumped in, checked out our engine and said they would work on it 1st thing in the morning. 7:30 am we were backed into a bay and they were working on it. We were back on the road by 2 pm. Thanks folks!!!
I am remiss in not posting the review sooner. My daughter and I converted a 2008 gmc ambulance into an rv to tour the U.S. We have had occasion over this journey to be in need of no less than 11 different repair shops. Some ( Bo Daddy's , Jeff Chambers, both in Delaware and A Quality Transmissions in CT) are nothing short of criminally dishonest. Rob Petrie at Finlay Fire is the opposite.
